Because two supplements rarely tell the whole story. The full stack typically has 5–12 items, plus the doses (these matter. Too low does nothing, too high can hurt), the timing (some interact, some need food, some block each other), the interaction check with any medications you reported, and a printable PDF you can hand to your doctor.

No, it's not a subscription. You pay $19.99 once. You get full access for 60 days. After 60 days, your account goes back to Free automatically.

You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy again. No auto-renewal. No hidden fees. No surprise on your card statement.

Your premium access ends automatically. Your account becomes Free again, and the locked features close up.

Your data stays with you: your articles, your account, your basic snapshot. You just lose the full stack details, schedule, interactions, and PDF until you take a new quiz and buy again (which would give you a fresh 60 days based on whatever your symptoms look like at that time).

Because supplements take time to work, and your body changes over months. 60 days is roughly:

• Long enough to see if a protocol is actually helping
• Short enough that a new quiz would catch what's changed in your life
• The clinical window pharmacists use for most supplement trials

You can retake the quiz 2 times during those 60 days to refine your plan.

Your body changes. Symptoms shift, lifestyle changes, you start or stop a medication. The quiz takes ~5 minutes and regenerates your plan based on fresh inputs. We allow 2 retakes during your 60 days, roughly one per month.

Each retake gives you a new updated stack, and the old one stays in your stack history so you can see how your plan has evolved.

No. Urstak provides educational wellness guidance authored by a licensed pharmacist. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. The recommendations are based on the symptoms and lifestyle factors you report in the quiz, screened against general pharmacological knowledge.

Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition. The doctor-ready PDF exists specifically to make that conversation easier.

Urstak was built by Marwa Djamai, a licensed pharmacist based in Germany. The scoring engine, interaction database, and analysis logic come from her training and clinical experience. There's no marketing team, no supplement brand sponsoring this. The $19.99 covers the work, the infrastructure, and not much else.

No. Urstak doesn't sell supplements, doesn't take affiliate commissions, and doesn't recommend specific brands. We tell you what compounds to look for and at what doses. You buy them wherever you want.

This is intentional. The moment we sold supplements, we'd have an incentive to recommend more of them. We don't.

Your quiz answers and stack are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Only you can see them, protected by row-level security.

We don't sell data. We don't share it with supplement brands or insurance companies. We don't track you across the web.

Email contact@urstak.com within 7 days of purchase if Urstak isn't useful to you. We process refunds through Payhip (our payment provider). After 7 days or after you've used multiple quiz retakes, we generally can't refund, but reach out anyway and we'll discuss.
